Zorra Designs (www.zorradesigns.com) has posted about her services on the WW vendor's forum, this is my THUMBS UP to Alexandria Melo! We have a professionally designed site w/ a good designer who, unfortunately for me is too busy to provide updates or respond to help requests. I contacted Zorra (Alli), and in a week's time now have: (1) a site that I can update both w/ texts & pics thru an addition of Joomla CMS (2) server services for $375/yr less than the previous cable co. server services but with a much-upgraded capability. Alli jumped thru more than a few hoops to access information to make the upgrades and has thusfar provided me with excellent customer service for a mere $460. I'm (obviously) not a tech-saavy vendor, Alli's professional services were perfect for me, & I've already requested her assistance w/ FB, twitter, etc. I'm surely not alone in needing help - email her if you too are looking for help.
Within a couple of days of deciding to try Zorra's services, our website's work was completed, up and running. I'm not tech-saavy, Alexandria set me up w/ a program that allows me to make web changes myself and is now providing annual server hosting for several hundred dollars less than we were paying. Alex' patience and willingness to get me up to speed was most appreciated; her fees are extremely reasonable.
