Registering

$30.00 per domain for one year + domain cost
We can register a domain name for you. The set up fee is $30.00; this includes the domain name, and registering. This fee is a -me fee charged per domain. However you are responsible for renewing it yearly.

WEB DESIGNING ADDITIONAL SERVICES and EXSPENSES:

The following services are in addition to the contracted price. All services in this follow subcategory are an additional will be charged addition to the contracted price.

Training: The Consultant will provide e-mail and telephone assistance to the Client's designated representatives regarding management of the Client's web site at a pre-negotiated rate. Client has 2.5 hours of training included in the contract price.  If any additional training is needed, it will be an additional $25.00 an hour.

Converting Static HTML Page to Joomla Content Management Program: $400.00 to convert static HTML and any content already placed on the site. There is no other work is included in this fee.  Zorra Designs reserves the right to access the current website, to see if it eligible to be converting into a CMS program.  Their might be very slight changes, in order to make the CMS program work.  There is a separate contract for this service.

Advertising and marketing; Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, Google, and Yahoo are just some of the resources businesses use to get their website and business out to the public.

Setting up Facebook Fan Page: $30.00 Per Fanpage.  Will set up the Fanpage and upload 1 (ONE) Business Logo for main picture. Will send the page over to client to become a “fan” and will set client as administrator, so client may edit and add to this page.  If the client would like Zorra Designs to maintain this Facebook Fanpage, the client will be accessed $25.00 an hour.

Linking Facebook to Twitter: $10.00 per facebook to twitter link.  Please note;  Zorra Designs will need administrative access (usernames and passwords) to both your Facebook and Twitter Account.  We will only use the username and password of facebook and twitter; to link the facebook to twitter.  After we complete the process, we will e-mail you to let you know we are done.  At that time you may change your passwords.

Setting Up Twitter Page: $30.00 per twitter account set up.  Custom Design for Twitter: $30.00 per design. We will set up and configure a twitter account for you. Once finished we will send you the username and password.

Setting Up LinkedIN Page: $45.00 per LinkedIn Account. If there are more than 5 jobs to input, we will charge an additional $5.00 per entry. Prior to setting up a LinkedIn account, please forward an updated resume with Job Descriptions, history, and titles.

Setting Up Wordpress Blog: Installing Wordpress Blog on a Linix based server will be assess $25.00 per installation.  This fee does not include customizing Wordpress Blog.  Wordpress has thousands templates available for easy installation.

Updating Wordpress Blog: If client agrees to hire Zorra Designs to maintain Wordpress Blog, the client will be charged $25.00 an hour, when any work is done to update wordpress.  If there are any articles that need to be posted in the wordpress Blog, Client is responsible for sending a Microsoft Word (.doc) or Microsoft Words (.wps) document, corrected of any grammatical and spelling errors.

Maintenance and By The Hour Design Services: From time to time you may need additional maintenance to your website. This includes tweaking codes within the site, adding and editing text, adding images, taking out items, placing new content, ect. We access any changes a $25.00 hourly rate, billed at the last business day of the month.

Data & Product Entry:  $2.00 PER ENTRY
If you have a boutique style website, and you need help with entering products we can help! The price includes resizing of images and uploading a description. The price is per entry.

Description Writing: $5.00 per product
We offer "description writing" website maintenance. This includes writing a detailed and professional description of your product. The price is per product.

Google Sitemap Creation: $15.00 for an HTML and XML format of your google sitemap.

Google Sitemap Upload: $15.00 for uploading.  We will need temporary access to the website’s server in order to complete this.

Google Sitemap creation & Upload: $28.00.  We will create and upload your sitemap for you, into google’s system.  We will need temporary access to the website’s server in order to complete this.

Google Analytics Setup: $45.00.  We will setup a Google Analytics account for you, and place codes within your site so Google Analytics can track visitors to the site.

GRAPHIC DESIGN ADDITIONAL SERVICES and EXSPENSES:

Brochure Designing: $125.00
We can design your business brochure! We use Windows Microsoft Publisher to design the brochures. We can design single fold, tri fold, bi fold, or any other format. We ask that you provide pictures and text (the foundation) for the brochure. It typically takes about 2 hours to design a brochure, so we ask for 125.00 up front. If any additional time is needed, we will bill you at an additional $25.00 an hour.

Post Card Designing; $60.00 - $100.00
We can custom design post cards for both your personal and professional business use. The logo design is not included in the post card designing fee. If any additional time is needed, we will bill you at an additional $40.00 an hour.

Business Card Designing; $40.00
We will design up to 3 business cards for you to choose from. However this does not include any custom graphics or a logo. You can ask for any changes to be made. We design up to 3 business cards using your existing logo. You can pick 1 out of the 3 we design for you. If any additional time is needed, we will bill you at an additional $40.00 an hour.

Website Graphics; $10.00 - $40.00
Do you need a few items to spruce up your website? We can customize graphics to meet your website's needs. We can design and create Facebook and / or Twitter buttons, header designs, footer designs, and so much more. If any additional time is needed, we will bill you at an additional $40.00 an hour.

Label Designing; $40.00
Labels are great to place on products, invoices, gift cards, and so much more. Zorra Designs can design a professional looking label to meet your business' needs. We take your existing logo and place it on a label and spruce it up. If any additional time is needed, we will bill you at an additional $40.00 an hour.
