When you purchase design services from Zorra Designs, you are getting one of a kind service that will not be duplicated anywhere else. You will receive “one stop showing”. You can order all of your design services from Zorra Designs, we do it all! Website Designs, Brochure Designs, Post Card Designs, Business Card Designs, and Label Designs! We also offer coding and printing services.
Do You Offer A Payment Plan?

Zorra Designs requires all products to have an upfront 50% deposit. After the product / design is finished, the remaining balance is due. Payment plans are not available at this time.
Will You Upload the template for me?

We can not be held responsible for any damage that might incur while uploading a website template. We do offer encoding services which you might want to consider if you want the template uploaded to your existing server. We use an integrated FTP (file transfer portol) and connect directly to your website server. We will upload the template to your desired folder.
Will you provide a host for my website?

We do rent out web hosting space to clients. However Clients are responsible for buying their own domain name, and re-registering it yearly. Please visit out hosting package for more details.
Do you provide support for your Joomla Templates?

We currently do not provide any support services for the Joomla packages. However there are many resources online that provide support and tutorials on how to install and work with Joomla CMS templates.

The site if finished, Now what?

Once payment is squared away, I will send you a tutorial on how to use the Joomla program in PDF form.I can also direct you to sources you can access in order to work with your site. It is very straight forward and easy; like using Microsoft Word or Works. I will also stay on board for you, for minor questions. If there is any major work that needs to be made to the style, design, or outside frame work it will be billed at an hourly rate of $15.00 and hour. This rate is good for a year from the final deposit date.
I have a special font I want to use for the website. Will you be able to incorporate it into the design?

Custom fonts are always great to use on a website in an image format! Custom fonts are not recommended in regular text content. Computers come with a standard list of fonts, and anything the computer can not read... it won't! Your potential customer will not be able to read the text on your site, and most likely leave and never come back.
